The Church of Destin is a community organization presenting a unified voice for all churches in the greater Destin area. Its mission is to unify the body of Christ - one church, many congregations - through fellowship, prayer, and intentional blessing of our city.

Join Us For These Dates
Intentional blessings will be made over families in our community during Sunday services. Pastors and church leaders across Destin will speak blessing, life, and purpose over every household represented in the congregation.
Sunday evening will be an official "City of Destin Family Night" - a citywide celebration honoring the families who make Destin the community it is.
Set this day apart and join churches across Destin in unified prayer. Pray for your neighbors and for those living beside you on the Emerald Coast. Pray for your community - its leaders, its families, and its future.
Lift up the leaders of our nation and our world. Let this be a day where the body of Christ in Destin speaks with one voice in intercession.
The Church of Destin will go out to bless the men and women who serve our city every single day. Local government officials, police officers, firefighters, EMS, and first responders will receive a special blessing and a treat provided by the Church of Destin.
This is our opportunity to say thank you - and to let those who protect and serve know that our churches are praying for them and standing with them.
The business community of Destin is invited to come together to worship and be blessed. Whether you own a business, manage a team, or simply show up to work every day - this event is for you.
A complimentary lunch will be provided by the Big Red Truck from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, hosted right here at Destin Methodist Church. Come as you are - bring your colleagues, your team, and your neighbors in business.
Youth pastors from across the Church of Destin will welcome middle and high school students for an evening dedicated entirely to the next generation. Students will gather for worship, prayer, and personal blessings spoken over their lives.
Held at the beautiful waterfront setting of Harborwalk Village, this is a night for students to encounter God's love and hear that they are seen, known, and called.

69th Annual Blessing of the Fleet
A prayer and worship service beginning at 4:00 PM on the Harbor behind Brotula's Seafood and Steamer. Join us as we gather waterside to bless the fishing fleets, commercial boats, and working vessels that earn their living on the sea - a Destin tradition stretching back 69 years.
Following the service, a boat blessing will be pronounced over every vessel present, followed by a community fish fry. All boats used to earn a living on the sea are invited to participate and register in advance.
